I had a great experience here! I needed my watch battery replaced, and they did it in no time. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. They also cleaned my watch for free! Just a heads up, the place can get a little crowded, so try to go during off-peak hours if you can. Overall, highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about my experience! I brought in a necklace that had a clasp issue, and I was worried it might take a long time to fix. To my surprise, they were able to repair it while I waited, and I barely had time to browse their beautiful display of jewelry! The staff was exceptionally attentive and explained every step of the repair process, which I really appreciated. They even offered to check other pieces of my jewelry for any potential issues at no extra cost. The atmosphere in the shop is warm and inviting, making it a pleasant place to visit. The only thing I wish is that they had a larger selection of unique pieces for sale; I would love to browse more while waiting. All in all, I left feeling satisfied and will definitely return for any future repairs!
